Established in May 2009, MakeReady Masters, LLC was built on residential contracting experience dating to 1997. Those roots in home construction and renovation established the foundation for our work today: coordinating trades, managing materials, maintaining workmanship standards, and carrying projects through to completion.

The housing market collapse of 2008 marked a change in direction. During the Great Recession, that residential construction experience expanded into multifamily property services, where apartment communities had an ongoing need for painting, cleaning, repairs, and dependable unit preparation. MakeReady Masters was formally established around that opportunity, developing a consolidated approach to keeping rental properties maintained and ready for occupancy.

Today, MakeReady Masters supports multifamily communities, property managers, regional operators, and ownership groups across South Carolina. We provide consolidated apartment turns, property improvements, and capital expense project support, bringing painting, detailed cleaning, repairs, flooring, cabinet refreshes, and epoxy resurfacing together under one accountable contractor.

Our construction background continues to shape how we approach every project. We consider the complete scope, coordinate production, and follow the work through final quality control and documented completion.
