Dream and Heaven

Emerge International Bible College was a longtime dream and vision in the making. It took years of fasting and prayers to unfold the plans to make it happen. God has given many gifts, dreams, and visions. Unfortunately, many did not see it happen in their lifetime. Keeping our eyes on the Author and Finisher of our faith, believing for this moment to come.

We bless God for gifting Dr. John S. Liulamaga (Founder and President) of Emerge International Bible College to DREAM BIG. His vision was to start EIBC in San Diego, California, allowing students globally to learn. For the sake of Christ to help people to pursue God’s dream, spiritually and practically, to help students in their spiritual journey. His Theological educational journey is a GRADUATE of Christian Leadership University – AA in BIBLICAL STUDIES. Vision International University – BA in MINISTRY. Covenant Theological Seminary – Master’s in THEOLOGY. Received Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from San Diego International Bible College.

We support his vision and dream because we believe in the benefits that many will reap from expanding the Gospel across the nations. Jesus said in Matthew 6:9-10: (ESV): “9 Pray then like this: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. 10 Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Mission Statement

Emerge International Bible College seeks to raise Spirit-filled men and women with practical skills to make a world of difference in fulfilling the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28: 19-20)

A word from the President

MINISTRY IS NOT PLATFORMS BUT SACRIFICES AND COUNTING THE COST!

I grew up in the ministry with a Bible verse instilled in me. Matthew 16:24 (NKJV)
Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. Which I’ve literally taken into simple terms as “Not my will but your will be done, Lord.
I understood it as God, wherever you have for me and wherever you will send me.
I understood it was sacrificing, commitment, love for the call of God upon my life that I was willing to do whatever God asked of me, no financial, housing, no big crowds, no nice church building (nothing wrong with these things), or place or community I was called to.

But, from what I’d learn was to trust in God, have faith in God’s processes, and step in believing God will work out the details. Even if I may not see it, God told Abraham in Genesis 12, “to go to a place I will show you.” Abraham had no clue but to trust, have faith, believe, and move where God leads.

I say all this because what we are seeing today is young minister that are considering ministry today are looking at the financial situation. How many members? What does the church building look like? Is there housing? Though yes! these questions matter.

Our perspective should be 1st God, what is your will! And no matter the circumstances, situation, or condition, if it’s God’s will and plan for you, all the questions above will be answered as you step into God’s will and start grinding, yes! Grinding it’s not going to look pretty at times, there are great struggles and challenges, but it will take you to roll up your sleeves and work! I have told people in the past how to spell ministry. It’s spelled “WORK”.

Yes! It may take months, even years, to see results, but if it’s God’s call, it’s “for such a time as this” Kingdom moment. It is to help you to be steadfast, have endurance, build character, build your faith and trust in God, and so forth.

We don’t need platform ministers or preachers, we need more set apart, Holy Ghost-filled, altar-called ministers that will count the cost and pay the price to follow Christ who are born by prayer and long suffering.

Isaiah 6:8 (NKJV)
Also, I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send,
And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”

Are we really ready to deny ourselves, pick up our cross, and follow Him? Or are we looking for platforms and an easy way? Jesus said Matthew 16:24 (NKJV) Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.

We want the next generation to walk in their spiritual and practical calling. Anointed and fruitful to win souls, to train and equip others in ministry.

We here at Emerge International Bible College (EIBC) want to help you on your spiritual journey to make a difference in the marketplace and the world.
